We train and serve our own language models, and compute is one of our biggest cost lines. Today we struggle to see spend per workload, so trimming it is guesswork. A good solution must show cost per workload, run on premises or in sovereign clouds, work without permanent internet access, avoid large minimum commitments, and fit a small monthly budget.

We trade, not train models, so workload cost visibility differs from theirs. Our latency bottleneck is tracing distributed transactions, not compute spend. We operate on cloud infrastructure, not on-premises. Their infrastructure and constraints are fundamentally different from ours.
We share the cost visibility need as workloads move between our own clusters and platform services, but our challenge is hybrid infrastructure governance rather than model training. We need golden paths that work across both environments while keeping member data secure.
We don't train models, so compute cost visibility isn't our primary driver. But we do need cost transparency across hospital deployments in multiple countries. Our bottleneck is EHR integration complexity and multi-environment standardisation, not workload cost attribution.
We share the cost visibility need, but our driver is different. We support a large legacy desktop installed base across multiple regions alongside newer hosted products. Our bottleneck is test automation for releases, not compute spend. Cost transparency matters as we migrate customers between deployment models.
We share the cost visibility need as our user base scales, but our bottleneck is telemetry storage costs, not compute spend per workload. We need observability that doesn't explode our infrastructure budget—especially since we run a small remote team managing everything ourselves.
